For the first time in its 47-year history, the Piccolo Spoleto Outdoor Art Exhibition (PSOAE) is open to artists nationwide.
For the first time in its 47-year history, the Piccolo Spoleto Outdoor Art Exhibition (PSOAE) is open to artists nationwide. We invite you to apply to this prestigious 2D fine art exhibition in the heart of Charleston, SC. As the premier fine art component of the Piccolo Spoleto Festival, our exhibition runs concurrently with the world-renowned Spoleto Festival USA, a larger performing arts festival that showcases international artists in over 120 performances spanning opera, theater, dance, and various genres of music. This takes over the city of Charleston for two weeks and places you directly in the path of a massive, art-focused audience that fills the city during this time.

ART INSTRUCTORS
Kids Upstate is seeking a part-time art instructor
to teach in its school-based after-school
Kids Clubs in Spartanburg County.
Applicants should be:
• experienced artists and/or art educators who love working with children
• capable of teaching 1st – 5th graders a variety of art media including drawing, painting, printmaking, collage and photography
• available to work from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. at least 3-4 afternoons per week Mon. – Fri.
• energetic, fun, patient, and flexible
• have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel to the
above-mentioned locations
• Bachelor’s degree in fine art or art education and experience working with Elementary school-aged children preferred
Compensation depends on experience and qualifications. Interested and qualified applicants may email a resume and 4-5 samples of their art and/ or student art to nikki@kidsupstate.org
