There is a parking lot on each side of Chapman Cultural Center for guests.
​
Additional free parking is also available in the St. John Street Garage, located just west of the center off Liberty Street, behind the USC Upstate College of Business and Economics building.
​
Parking on Liberty or Converse streets is prohibited because it blocks access for emergency vehicles. Please keep reserved handicap spaces for those who have proper authorization and need.​
Easy walk or bike trip from E. Main Street along Converse St. on the Hub City Hopper Trail.

Bus Routes
Sparta Passenger Center
All Sparta Bus Routes stop at the Sparta Passenger Center, only a short two-block walk to Chapman Center. Check bus schedules for times (Daytime Only)

Chapman Cultural Center is fully ADA compliant. All areas of the campus are handicapped accessible.
