And studied with a National Academy artist who also taught at Cooper Union in New York. Member of the Tryon Painters and Sculptors. Art League of Henderson (NC) County and Spartanburg Art Guild.  Painting mostly still life influenced by oriental wood block prints, rich colors and nature.
