about

Hi! I'm Meg. I'm a homesteader, a cat mom, wife to the finest knife maker in the upstate, a primitive builder enthusiast, a sci-fi fantasy book nerd, a fiber artist, and possibly the best biscuit maker this side of the Mississippi. I was born in Charleston and my parents encouraged my love of all thing's art from a young age. I've since become a country woman, so between chicken tending, permaculture gardening, jam making, cob building, and natural dye making I'm felting, sewing, stamp carving, and leather working. I haven't found a medium I haven't loved (at least for a weekend) so wool and leather today but tomorrow... Thanks, Meg
