Event Parking:
There is a FREE parking lot on each side of Chapman Cultural Center for guests.
Additional FREE parking is also available in the St. John Street Garage, located just west of the center off Liberty Street, behind the USC Upstate College of Business and Economics building.
Parking on Liberty or Converse streets is prohibited because it blocks access for emergency vehicles. Please keep reserved handicap spaces for those who have proper authorization and need.
